Hayden AI Welcomes Transit Industry Expert Craig Cipriano to Advisory Board

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., March 7, 2023 — Hayden AI Technologies, Inc. (“Hayden AI”) today announced that Craig Cipriano, former President New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Bus Company and Interim President New York City Transit (NYCT), has joined the company’s advisory board.

Cipriano brings more than 33 years of experience planning and executing large-scale, multi-dimensional fleet and infrastructure programs for public transit systems. He is currently the National Director, Zero Emissions Mobility at STV Inc. Prior to joining STV, he served as President of New York MTA’s Bus Company, leading the nation’s largest bus transit agency through the pandemic and setting its strategy to transition to a zero emissions fleet by 2040. He has also served as Acting President of New York City Transit (NYCT), leading 50,000 employees at the largest public transportation agency in North America with an operating budget of $13 billion.

Cipriano earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stony Brook University and a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Rutgers University.
